Hardware Requirements off of the main EQ2 Site.
Minimum Hardware
Operating System: Windows 98/2000/ME/XP
Processor: 1 GHz
RAM: 512 MB
Video Card: DirectX 9 compatible; pixel shader and vertex shader compatible hardware with 64 MB of texture memory
Sound Card: DirectSound compatible audio hardware
Reccomended Hardware
Operating System: Windows 98/2000/ME/XP
Processor: 2 GHz or greater
RAM: 1 GB
Video Card: DirectX 9 compatible; pixel shader and vertex shader compatible hardware with 128 MB or more of texture memory
Sound Card: DirectSound compatible audio hardware
Not listed above is the requirement for at least 6 gigs of hard drive space. This is a massive game just in terms of disk space. I've heard it'll come on 8 to 10 cds or 2 dvds. If you get the dvd version you'll of course need a dvd drive.
