I tried to upload my avatar picture but keep getting a message that there was an error, it's not in .jpg format- yet it is....what am I doing wrong?

What browser are you running? I have this trouble with Mozilla-Firefox, but not with IE.
Other than that I am not sure, but will find out.

yep- I use Mozilla and that must have been it, switched to IE to upload it and it worked....THANKS !

I am sure you have done this already but, check your size..100 by 100<---critical JPEG extension, and use IE as your browser.
Just make sure you are meeting all the requirements(Avatars/sigs)
Ill try and help ya if I can, getting the pic to specs.

Matt, just e-mail me the Avatar that you want(the pic) and I will resize it for you and send it back for you to upload.
Maybe that will help :)
