Hes a dwarf in Antonica, any1 no wer he is, i've checked near queynos, the oracle tower, and the keep west of the oracle tower wer hwal rucksif is. I need him for the Vale of the Shattering Access Quest, any1 no wer he is

Alios,
If you keep the zone wall to your right as you pass Blackburrow, cross the water, pass "Thundering Steppes" Entrance.
His tent is between Thundering Steppes entrance and that far east Griffon tower...Position: -1928, +752.
