| Jericho Renewesd anyone else watch this one... |

Well had to meander off EQ2 just a bit, but was curious does anyone else watch Jericho? A few weeks ago it was announced that this show was cancelled but it seems a grass roots fan movement sent CBS some nuts (a que taken from the show itself) as a way of getting attention for the sure and it actually worked. The show revolves around a town and how it reacts to life after a nuclear attack by an unknown enemy.

I've only watched a couple episodes but can't really say it caught my interest. Nice though that they renewed it for those who enjoy the show. They must have had more vocal fans than Firefly did! :-(

firefly was awesome!
Jericho got dumb in the middle but the end of the season looked promiseing again I guess we shall see eh? They got 50 thousand pounds of peanuts sent to them i heard, everyone was to send 1 peanut because CBS was nuts to cancel it...thats a lot of nuts...lol

Since I haven't seen Jericho, I can't say anything about it. I believe it is starting now on one of the channels I can't see. So I will still not be able to comment :)
But Firefly was a great series, and Serenity an even greater movie. I really liked it. But then again I love all movies where small ladies beat up meanies :)

Own it and the series on DvD, so I guess you can say I liked it. Though I did like the series a lot more than the movie. Dunno why just did.
I think its interesting there is a whole cult of firefly fans out there and yet they wouldnt bring it back...its very strange to me but eh what can we do.

I do hope to catch Jericho when it is back on but the long time between may ultimately be the shows undoing. The uncertainty around the series is working against it as well but I still hope it makes it somehow. As for Firefly it is right up there with Babylon 5 on my favorites list.

With television scheduling the way it is, being able to rent/buy a tv series has become my way to go when keeping up with shows I like to watch.
Babylon 5... Loved the show with Sheridan at the helm, but I'm having one heck of a time getting through Season 1 with Sinclair! That man can NOT act his way out of a paper bag. He would have been great in the original Lost in Space... as the Robot! :-P

Aww man I think I am the only one who thought Michael O'Hare was okay in B5. :P Well and in Jericho news it seems they may catch a break in the post writers strike enviroment we will no in a couple of weeks when the show kicks off again.
