Hey all im Chrisworld, i have had almsot 2 Years Expierence with Guildwars and Have been on the Guildwars side of AMP for quite some time now, but i have added Everquest 2 to my list, i have had the account since July, I bought it then and used the free 30 days all the way up, and just recently for christmas a friend bought me a time card for 30 days. I like the game alot and still as the majority of my time will go to Guildwars ill still enjoy my stay at Eq2 i may not play a whole lot since im a Guildwars addict, but i'll try to play before my time card runs out. After that if im gonna play ill buy a card and play as much as i can, its not like im going to keep buying cards and not play for motnhs, loosing money.
I must say the game has very nice graphics and while i felt noob starting out im starting to feel more expierenced.
Usually me and my Stepbro and his friend play togther in game on Teamspeak or whatever once in a while.
At this time I have a level 19 Male Barbarian Beserker in Mistmoore Server, Level 16 male Kerra Bruiser on Venekor and Level 8 (or close to that) Female Human Guardian in Mistmoore.
Well anyways, Hello and maybe I might pass by you ingame.

EDIT: I don't own any of the expansions just the regular Everquest 2.

Thanks for visiting this corner of GameAmp! :-)
EQ2 is an awesome game in my opinion. It's been around awhile sure, but it's polished and I have always been very impressed with it having come here from Shadowbane, the game where I found my guild. We play on Butcherblock but if ever you have any questions about the game we'd be happy to answer as best we can, as I'm sure any GameAmper here on the EQ2 side would do. :-)
Oh... had to edit my post and let you know that the main EQ2 game has tons of content and should keep you busy for a long time to come! I have all the expansions but some of the original areas are still my favorites. :-)

Glad you stopped by and I kind of do the same with Guild Wars and pop in from time to time but mostly play EQ2. Hope to see more of you and we stand ready to answer your eq2 questions here. Unfortunately most of my toons are on Butcherblock server though I do have an alt on Blackburrow so looks like for now, missed you server wise.

I used to play GW aswell. I've never played EQ but I just come here every now and then to have a discussion about random off-topicness 'cos I luv the people around here. It's weird! Ask 'em anything and they know the answer. O.o

I gotta say I was really pleased to see lots of new to eq2 folks on the server. After 3 years the game should be sort of easing in to retirement in a lot of ways but the action and player participation seems even higher than in the past. Also one of my little MMO tricks as it where has been foiled by this. Some zones, drops, nodes, quests mobs, etc. are know to be very high traffic and contested; so when new release comes out you would expect everyone to flock to the new zones and the contested areas to become more available but all I saw was a shorter line or cluster of folks waiting. Anyhow lots of servers with friendly faces to choose from.
