kk for this quest youll need to be in north qeynos go up the stairs until u find a knight named acsello(its close to that name)hes at the top. when u get there talk to him the quest is called civil service it is a lvl 10 quest and pays 9sp every time so this is a good way to get money. theres 3 tasks he asks u to first kill 10 rats, then 10 snakes, then 10 bettles(which are located in antonica) u can do these quests all at once then go talk to him,(note: these can be killed in any order).after go talk to him and get ur 9sp(note: this IS a repeatable quest). hope this guide helps u.
